~ WAYS WE WORK ~
Most of this work happens over a video call.
Not because it is a compromise, and not because it is convenient for me. It is how I have worked with people in more than fifteen countries for over ten years, and it is how most of my clients prefer to work, including some who live twenty minutes away.
This page is the practical version — the platform, what you need at your end, what happens when the connection wobbles, and how to decide whether online or in person is right for you.
Yes. And I want to give you a more useful answer than that.
The question underneath is usually: does something get lost through a screen? Rapport, attentiveness, the ability to read what a person is not saying. It is a fair thing to wonder about.
In over ten years I have not found a limitation in the work I offer. The listening is the same. The pattern underneath the symptom shows up the same way. EFT tapping is something you do to yourself with my guidance, so it transfers exactly. Breathwork transfers. The conversational work transfers. I can see your face, your shoulders, your breathing and your hands, which is most of what I am watching for anyway.
The first session feels no different on video than it does in the room. People tell me their story, I listen, and by the end of the hour something has usually shifted. That happens on both sides of a screen.
What I will not tell you is that online is better. It is not. In-person work in Dwarka is equally good, and some local clients prefer it. The choice is yours, and I have no preference to sell you.
Four things. Only two of them are about technology.
A video call, not an audio call. This is the one condition I hold. I need to see you, and you need to see me. Voice alone loses too much on both sides.
A connection good enough for video. Ordinary broadband or a decent mobile signal is enough. Occasionally a call glitches for a few seconds and we pick up where we left off — it has never cost a session. If your connection is genuinely unreliable, tell me on the discovery call and we will work out what to do.
Somewhere you can be undisturbed for an hour, sometimes a little more. This is the part people underestimate, and it matters more than the technology.
Wired earphones or headphones, if you have them. They improve what you hear and what I hear. One specific warning from experience: avoid Bluetooth. Bluetooth headsets drop, lag and reconnect mid-sentence more than any other part of the setup.
You will be talking about things you may never have said aloud. That does not work if someone might walk in.
A room with a door you can close is ideal. But I know that is not available to everyone, particularly in a joint family or a small home, and I would rather say so than pretend.
Some of my clients take their sessions sitting alone in a parked car. It works. It is private, it is quiet, and nobody interrupts. If that is what is available to you, use it without embarrassment.
What does not work: a public place, a café, an open-plan office, or a room where someone else is present. Not because of the noise — because you will not say the thing you came to say.
If you genuinely cannot find an undisturbed hour, that is worth solving before we start rather than working around. The hour is the work.
The same thing I am asking of you.
There is nobody else in the room when I take your session. No one listening, no one passing through, no one within earshot. My attention is on you for the whole hour.
I do not record sessions. What you say stays between us, and there is no file of it anywhere.
I keep fifteen minutes clear after every session. That is deliberate. If something opens up near the end and stopping would leave you unsettled, we can continue a little longer. You are not being watched out of the door because someone else is waiting.
Whichever one you already use.
Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video are the three I use most. I have also worked over Messenger, FaceTime and Skype. The platform matters far less than the connection and the privacy.
I will send you the link before the session. There is nothing to install if you are using something you already have.
Both are available. This is genuinely a question of what suits you.
Online tends to suit you if:
In person in Dwarka tends to suit you if:
There is no discount for one and no premium for the other, and I do not steer people either way. If you are unsure, we can talk about it on the discovery call.
The same as it would be in person. You may feel lighter, or tired, or tearful — sometimes all three in an afternoon. I will tell you what I noticed and what to pay attention to over the following days.
One small advantage of working from home: you do not have to compose yourself for a journey. If you need to sit quietly for ten minutes after we finish, you can.
Between sessions I am available for a brief question or a practice reminder. That does not change with distance.
~ BEGIN HERE — NO OBLIGATION ~
The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call, on video, using whichever platform you prefer. It doubles as a test of your setup — if something is going to be awkward technically, we will find out before you have paid for anything.
If you would like to know what happens inside a session, read what to expect in a healing session. If you are wondering how long this takes, how many sessions for emotional healing answers that honestly. The fuller picture is in our healing approach.
This page describes emotional healing work and is offered for educational purposes. It is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and nothing here should be taken as a reason to stop treatment you have been prescribed. If you are in acute distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service now — that needs immediate support, not a scheduled session.
