The Anahad Healing Method
Anahad Healing does not offer a modality menu. It offers an integrated protocol where the technique is never the point — the person is. Each session draws on whichever combination of tools serves the individual’s specific pattern, emotional history, and nervous system state at that moment.
“The people who healed were not necessarily the ones who suffered the most. They were the ones who became willing, finally to look at what their bodies had been carrying on their behalf.”
— Paramjit Singh, Co-founder, Anahad Healing
Why Root Cause Matters
Most approaches to chronic pain, migraines, anxiety, and emotional distress focus on managing the symptom — reducing its frequency, dulling its intensity, or helping you avoid what triggers it. This is not healing. It is management. And it leaves the root untouched.
At Anahad Healing, we begin with a different question: not ‘how do we stop this symptom?’ but ‘what is this symptom trying to say?’ The body does not produce chronic pain, recurring migraines, or persistent anxiety at random. These are the nervous system’s most insistent way of communicating that something — emotionally, relationally, energetically — needs attention.
When that something is addressed, the symptom often has less and less to say. That is not a coincidence. It is the intelligence of the body doing what it was always trying to do — heal.
The Method
Four pillars. One integrated protocol. Applied session by session, tailored entirely to the person.
01
Understand the Message
What is my body trying to say?
Every symptom has a story. In this first pillar, we work to understand the emotional patterns, life circumstances, and unresolved experiences that may be generating or sustaining the physical expression of distress. We build the client’s own body-literacy — the ability to read their body’s signals with curiosity rather than fear.
Tools: Migraine-emotion journaling · Pattern mapping · Body dialogue · Timeline work · Emotional pattern assessment
02
Clear Stored Emotions
What have I been holding that my body is carrying?
Emotions that were never safely expressed do not disappear. They are stored in the body — as tension, pain, reactivity, and chronic activation of the stress response. This pillar works to safely release what has been held: suppressed anger, unprocessed grief, accumulated fear, and the emotional weight of years of self-suppression.
Tools: EFT tapping · NLP techniques · Inner child work · Ho‘oponopono · Somatic release · Craniosacral balancing
03
Restore Nervous System Safety
What would it feel like for my body to feel safe?
Chronic stress keeps the nervous system locked in fight-flight-freeze — a state of constant bracing that sustains pain, disrupts sleep, and prevents genuine rest. This pillar works to shift the nervous system’s baseline from high alert to safety — teaching the body, through consistent practice, that the threat has passed and healing is now possible.
Tools: Breathwork · Pranayama · Vagal toning · Yoga therapy · Acupressure · Mindfulness · Meditation · Yoga nidra
04
Create New Patterns
Who am I without this pain?
Healing is not just the absence of pain. It is the creation of something new — a different relationship with the self, a different way of moving through life, a different sense of what is possible. This pillar works at the level of identity: releasing the story of ‘I am someone who suffers from this’ and building the life patterns that support the healed self.
Tools: NLP identity work · Values clarification · Boundary coaching · Life coaching · Future self visualisation · Lifestyle integration
Why Root Cause Matters
Alongside EFT, breathwork, and somatic work, our practice draws on the principles of energy healing, the understanding that emotion moves through the body not only as tension and chemistry, but as something subtler that can be felt, followed, and released.
We don’t offer standalone energy healing sessions. But this understanding shapes how we listen, where we place attention, and how we guide you through what arises. It’s part of why the work reaches places that talking alone often cannot.
Acupressure works with the same map. The meridian points that EFT taps are the points acupressure holds gentle, sustained contact rather than tapping. Where a tension has held for a long time, or where words feel like too much, this quieter approach often does what tapping cannot.
Craniosacral balancing works with the body’s own rhythm, the subtle movement of fluid and membrane around the brain and spine. The touch is light, sometimes barely perceptible, and the work is less about doing something to the body than listening to what it has been holding. For people carrying long-held trauma or an over-vigilant nervous system, it can allow a release that more active approaches struggle to reach.
Both of us are trained in these approaches, as we are in EFT, breathwork, and meditation. That shared grounding is deliberate, it means whichever of us you work with, the same understanding runs underneath.
None of these are separate services on a menu. They are ways of listening, and of responding to what a particular person, on a particular day, actually needs.
In Their Own Words
“The people who came to us for healing had already tried so many modalities and medications — and still they were not healed. They came carrying a faint hope that something might finally be different. We gave them honesty: we cannot guarantee results, but we will put in our best efforts to help you. That honesty itself gave them hope.”
“Most people felt something shift in the first two sessions — sometimes a genuine smile returning to their face after years of pain. That shift gave them the courage to continue. And they healed.”
“People healed from chronic migraines they had carried for ten years. From allergies doctors called incurable. From complex PTSD. From fertility struggles after three failed IVFs. And what happened after the healing was perhaps even more remarkable — they began their lives again with renewed confidence, self-belief, and self-awareness.”

अनहद
Anahad
The unstruck, eternal sound — the still, whole, unbroken self that lives beneath every layer of pain, suppression, and fear.
That self is what every session works to restore. Not a self rebuilt from scratch — but the original self, uncovered.
